Who this site is for

This website markets business services (marketing and appointment-setting) to aesthetic clinics and their owners. It does not provide medical services or medical advice, and it is not directed at patients.

What we collect

Enquiry details you give us — your name, clinic name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number and treatment interests, whether provided through this site's assistant, by email, through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead form, or on a call.
Assistant conversations — the chat assistant on this site is AI-powered. Conversations are recorded so a real person (Kerry) can follow up, and are processed by our follow-up platform and its AI provider (Anthropic). Please don't share sensitive personal or medical information in the chat.
Technical basics — our hosting and content providers (Railway, Cloudflare, Cloudinary, Google Fonts) may process your IP address and browser details to deliver the site securely. The assistant stores a small identifier in your browser so your conversation isn't lost between visits.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and have a conversation about your clinic (legitimate interest).
To follow up by email, phone, WhatsApp or SMS about the services you asked about, and to arrange calls or consultations (legitimate interest / consent). You can opt out at any time by replying "stop" or emailing us.
To run and measure advertising on Meta and Google for our own services (legitimate interest). If you arrive via a Meta lead form, Meta's own privacy policy also applies to what Meta collects.

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to run our service: Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS, email routing), Resend (email delivery), Cloudinary (images), Follow Up Systems (our follow-up platform) and Anthropic (AI processing for the assistant), and Meta/Google for advertising. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and conversation records are kept while we're in contact and for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your personal data, and you can object to marketing at any time — email kerry@aestheticsclinic.online and we'll act promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. The chat assistant uses functional browser storage only. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in future, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where required.
